Ulster County Youth Leadership Development Institute

With the constant outreach and great community involvement that we have had through the YLDI, it seems that we need to make sure this program stands out from other activities and efforts.

Though between those involved we have called this "YLDI" or "Youth Leadership," this does not always indicate how unique and far-reaching this effort is.

When out and about, promoting this effort, or just explaining your affiliation with this program, to maintain continuity we call the Ulster County Youth Leadership Institute "the Institute". This sounds rather impressive and legitimizes the efforts of all those involved. It also may allow for further curiosity and allows for the opportunity to- if nothing else- for those youth who are involved to brag a bit.

With all the training and time they have put into this effort, they deserve it.
